If you are unable to meet the person that you are renting/selling the item to we suggest messaging the renter/buyer and finding a place to meet in the middle, having the renter/buyer come pick up the item, or canceling the transaction completely to avoid any delays.
You’ll receive payment after few days that your product has been rented/sold and the activation code has been confirmed between the buyer and seller
If you would like to purchase an item during your rental period. Go to your account, click the "My Rentals" tab and click on the listing that you are renting. If the seller has enabled the option, select the “Purchase this Item” button and you will be charged the amount the Renter listed the product for.
If your renter does not return your item please file a a complaint by clicking the "Need More Support" button on the FAQ tab. Here you will be able to describe the situation. A member of our RentRadius team will provide you with further support in a timely manner.
In order to send a message click "Messages" on MyJustShare and select a current conversation. To start a new conversation go to the users' profile page that you wish to message and select "Send Message" in the top right corner.
This is between you the renter/seller and the rentee/buyer. The rental process does not begin until the rentee/buyer gives the renter/seller their 5 digit activation code. Buyers/Renters are not obligated to pick up their items within a specific time frame. Users are able to cancel their transactions if they wish.
When the rental process ends both the rentee and the renter should message each other to coordinate a pickup time and location for the item/s in question.
After the buyer has picked up their item, they can select the "Item has been picked up" button to complete the transaction.
Login to RentRadius and go to the order that you wish to rent for a longer period of time. If enabled by the seller the “Extend My Rental Period” function will allow you to keep your item for longer. If you would like to rent an item for longer and the seller has not enabled this function, you can "Request Rental Extension" which must be accepted and approved by the seller before the period of rental can be extended.
The JustShare guarantee ensures that you do not have to pay for an item until you receive it and submit the 5 digit code given to you by the seller in the "My Orders" tab. If the item is faulty or does not match the description you can request to return the item to the seller.
Rentals cannot be canceled once the rental period begins. Before the rental period begins a rental order can be canceled.
Our list of categories and subcategories covers a wide range of items. As a renter you could list anything that you would like to rent for a set period of time. (Example: Bicycle, Lawnmower, Baseball bat, Screwdriver)
That is completely up to you the seller! When listing your items, you can select the minimum and maximum amount of days that you would like your item to be listed for.
If you’re having trouble with your products getting rented, we suggest updating the photos you have listed, or updating the description of the product by adding tags. Tags allow other viewers with similar interest to view your products.
The seller/rentee determines when listing their item if they would like to select the "pick up" or "drop off feature." If the buyer has selected the "pick up" option, then once the sale is complete the buyer/renter will be prompted to message the seller and determine a pick up location
When listing your products the seller can choose to either list an item "for rent" or "for sale." The seller could also choose the option to list an item for both rent or sale and allow the buyers to determine what best suits their needs.
